TET-SAT tool welcomed at the national workshop in Greece

On 23 January 2018, the Greek national workshop took place in Patras. "It is a good thing that it is possible to complete TET-SAT several times", said the teacher Anastasia Anagnostopoulou.

Some teachers did not even try TET-SAT because they were afraid, according to Anastasia Koliou, the Greek National Coordinator. Overall, the field trials in Greece were particularly successful: Every second invited teacher (instead of every third on average) accepted the invitation to use TET-SAT and teachers’ appreciation of the tool was also above average. Workshop participants, however, still had a vivid debate about the research methodology, the usefulness of self-assessment compared to other approaches and the way ahead in Greece. As one outcome of the workshop, Dr. Spyros Papadakis Director of the Regional Training Center in Patras plans to use TET-SAT with teachers in his region.
